Corvus Janitorial Systems

This company is basically a scam. After hiring them, they continually did a horrible job. We tried to work with them but it never got better. There is a clause in their contract that says if you don't cancel via certified mail then they can continue to bill you even though they're not doing any work and you must pay. Then they sue you. Stay away!

these people contracts others workers but they was not concerned weather I was getting paid or not and I was franchising their company but still they had no control over paying me. ive been at a up most struggle between these two jobs. they say these jobs are only 2 hours of work and really their 3 and 4 hours and this company or pony express don't feel as if they have to pay for those extra hours.

Only posting a review because they are being so difficult with cancelling the service now. They subcontract all their work and don't communicate with their subcontractors, so you end up in a chain of blame where nobody takes responsibility for their mistakes. Here is the certified letter I'm sending to them after being very frustrated with their service: Attn: Matthew Zopp Raleigh Regional Office 3834 Generosity Ct Suite 104 Garner, NC 27529 Due to Corvuss failure to provide consistent services, we are terminating our contract for cause. We signed up for janitorial services and are not receiving them. Corvus missed 6 office cleanings between the start of our contract in January 2022 and the end of May 2022. After meeting with management to attempt to resolve these scheduling issues on June 6, 2022, we received one more cleaning on June 7, 2022. After that, no more services were received and Corvus missed another 4 consecutive cleanings through August 2, 2022. On August 3, we decided to cancel our contract. Corvus has failed under sections 2 and 5 of our agreement and we have attempted to resolve this issue under section 13 with no resolution. This is a formal termination notice, per section 12 of our agreement. We do not expect any more service from Corvus Janitorial.
