We are so fortunate to have JL Williams insurance. We were stopped at a stop sign and was rear ended. I called JL Williams and spoke to Justin the first question he ask was are you guys ok and sorry this happened. He advised us to call the police to make a report thankfully no one was injured. Justin took care of everything, he spoke to the insurance adjuster of the person that hit us and made sure we were taken care of with the car rental and the body shop. I have called Justin on many occasions and he is always available and answers his phone and goes above and beyond to took care of any issues we have. Our agent Justin at JL Williams is amazing, he was there for us and help us during a very stressful time. I highly recommend JL Williams.
