adam and his assistant completely failed to return any of my multiple calls or e-mails after the home owners insurance he provided was cancelled unexpectedly for no reason, even though i paid for the year in full. they also did NOT refund all my money after the cancellation and kept over $700 for less than two months of supposed coverage. i think their operation is a scam.

I'm so grateful to have a referral for Adam from a close relative. His promptness in returning calls or e-mails is what I've appreciated the most. I also appreciate his attention to detail, his knowledge of the insurance world, and the fact he shops on my behalf for the best policy at the most reasonable cost (and doesn't try to sell me a policy with more coverage than I need). Finally, while professional, he is also friendly. Even an associate I was working with for property management was impressed with Adam. I thought that counted for a lot!
