        Agents will just hang up on you or put you on hold that goes straight to voicemail whenever they don't feel like working and no call back. So then I end up paying more on something that should have been changed a long time ago.

        They were great until recently. Cant get ahold of anyone to make changes to my policy. Highly do not recommend.
