I just want to shout out Kelly Thompson at the Dan Thompson Agency!! First just let me say EVERYONE I have ever worked with at this agency is ALWAYS extremely kind and always goes above and beyond to provide as much help as possible. When I was trying to add my daughter's car to my insurance it was pretty expensive which I was expecting since she is a new driver and she's only 17. Kelly offered to get me some quotes from other agencies with her own policy stating that may be a cheaper route! I mean what company actually looks for quotes for you from other companies trying to get you a cheaper rate for your kid...I thought that was so AWESOME and definitely above and beyond!!! Well, I've been with Nationwide since forever, and I wanted all my business in one place so I opted to stay with Nationwide so Kelly was able to rewrite my policy and add my daughter with a "smart ride" policy that will decrease over time as long as she drives safely!
