Sheraton Raleigh Hotel

The staff was fantastic and extremely helpful. The room was just Ok. The floors were coming loose and very sticky.

I normally have a great experience at the Sheraton but unfortunately this stay was by far the worse. Upon arrival I find out my room was given away and had to stay in a King handicap room leaving some of guests to sleep on the floor or find other arrangements. The night manager on duty Gia was not trying to accommodate us when the reservation was for two beds. She was not empathetic and could have cared less about the situation as she told me it is what is it. However, the next day Nicole was helpful assisting to get our room switched and Celeste was wonderful & a breath of fresh air making sure we were well taken care. She took the time to listen to my issues/ concerns, apologized for the inconvenience, and ensured me and my guest were comfortable for the remainder of the stay. Sadly this whole experience really tainted my trip but it was nice that Nicole & especially Celeste were helpful and very pleasant. Now Gia on the other hand since this isnt your first rodeo and you know what your doing as you so impolitely implied, you might want to take note of your fellow coworkers and work on your customer engagement or just stay away from the front desk.

The bartender, Nick was amazing. Cant believe how many people this guy can serve and keep everybody happy. He definitely does the work of two.

Went here for one night and the service was terrible. The people there didnt know how to work the card machine and put a hold on my card for 300 by accident. So I basically had too pay double. Then when I tried to reach the accounting department no one answered or returns the call. So this is by far the worst experience Ive ever had with hotels. The customer service is literally a zero. You can never get in touch with people who can help solve you problems

Ajjahn is definitely a keeper, knows the area, personable, and real. Great recommendations and knows how to multitask. Walkability: 2 blocks away Food & drinks: Sir Walter Coffee, some of the best coffee Ive had.
