I visit North Carolina for both business and leisure I stayed at this location in the past a few times and it WAS ok but as of lately it seems like this location and quality of stay is declining in so many different ways. The elevator has been out of service for a couple of months, the atm machine in the front lobby is out of order, my room had a bad odor as if whoever occupied it last youd think that they never left, I saw a roach in the restroom, you have stragglers or homeless individuals by the stairs, the smell of urine reeks in that area.
Staff was friendly, it was peaceful and quite while I rested and a decent shower. This hotel has a lot of potential.

Not terrible but. There was only a thin blanket for the bed, elevator was broken, and breakfast was some muffins and juice. Also the hallway smelled weird.

This weekend is one of the busiest weekends in Raleigh (Dreamville Fest). Why this hotel isnt on their A game is beyond me! From the elevator being out of order (common complaint amongst the reviews)to hair in the shower (meaning the shower wasnt touched by housekeeping prior to our arrival).I am utterly disappointed in this establishment! My sister and I have traveled over 3 hours to get here. All we want to do is take a shower but nope, theres no one available to clean so wed have to wait until the morning to request service. Never again will this place get an another cent out of me! Please look elsewhere, as Im sure there are plenty of other hotels who really take heed to the complaints left by guests. And that goes far beyond than just replying and apologizing for a lackluster stay from management who clearly doesnt give a damn!
