Broadway set an in person interview with me at 2:00. I got a text at 12:31 to confirm the appointment. I arrive at 1:45, doors locked. I called several times and got voice mail. I finally left a message around 2:05. I get a call back seven or eight minutes later telling me that the interviewer was sick. I didnt believe it. She texted me an hour and a half before the interview to confirm. Why I didnt get a text or call to cancel the appointment. I drove all the way to Raleigh from Henderson for nothing. If I had not left a voice mail I would not have heard from them. The company next door told me she didnt think they were open that day. Instead of being accountable for their mistake they tried to blame it on automated calls, WHAT! Then they tried to set up another interview I refused. Lastly they told me I could do a live interview. I didnt want anything to do with this company after that. That was unprofessional, dishonesty and unaccountability. I can imagine what the clients and employees have to go through.
