If I could leave a no star I would. Dont let the pictures fool you. Interim CNAs are nice, but the management is awful. They dont perform the services you pay for and when you dont increase your monthly package, they up and cancel you with little to no warning. I would stay as far away from this healthcare company as possible. There are many other alternatives. In our situation, interim was concerned about the money and not the health care of our loved one. One example: my loved one is confined to the bed and I pay Interim an extra $15/ meal to bring her dinner from the dinning room to her apartment. Rather than giving her the food and making sure she eats it, they stuff it in the refrigerator. Again, my loved one is bed ridden. I

Money not patient care is what appeared to be most important to this company. They continued to want us to pay more and more even though they did not follow through on the services already agreed to. I would not recommend this company to care for your loved ones.
