I really enjoy my job, it can get stressful at times, but you have to have patience. The staff is very polite and professional. Overall I enjoy working for them.

This is honestly the BEST company I have worked for! The schedulers are friendly and personable, management is professional and supportive, and the DON is easy to communicate with and listens to your needs. They worked with me to get the days and hours I wanted, the benefits are awesome, and every time I go into the office, the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. They have a great open door policy, and are willing to listen to any input and/or suggestions you may have. It almost feels like family. The hardest thing for me is getting my nursing notes/timesheets to them on time; but that mostly falls on me. I can call the office whenever I need and I know someone will answer, so I'm not left hanging. That is especially important as a nurse. The most enjoyable part of the job is the fact that they make themselves available to you, at anytime. They actually appreciate the work that you do and tell you so, all of the time. I enjoy going into the office because it is a comfortable atmosphere to be in. The paperwork is sent out to the client's on time, so you never have to worry. That is very important to me. Supplies are always available, whenever I need them. I have confidence going to my clients home knowing I have everything I need to be a successful nurse. They don't wait for you to reach out to them. They check in to make sure you have all the tools you need to succeed. Also, while I was out of work due to illness, they called to check up on me to make sure I was ok. That meant a lot to me. Most employers would just call to see when you're coming back to work. But that wasn't the case at all with this company. If you are looking for a job in home healthcare, I would highly recommend looking into Atlantic Homecare Services. It very well may be the last time you look for a job. I know I'm here to stay!
