Well the experience all started in the showroom where I was assigned to Kelly Anne. Very nice young lady but never listened to my needs. She immediately picked out one of the most expensive carpets, never telling me a price. When I pressed her on the price she kept saying that she would have to get someone out to measure stairs. This took three weeks. When they finally got back to me, for 14 stairs it was over $3,500.00! I was literally Floored by this outrageous price! Nope will not buy from this place ever!

I wanted a 9ft round sisal rug in time for Thanksgiving that was proving difficult to find. I looked online and saw that Eatmans has a variety of rug material by the yard that can be custom cut. The sisal I wanted was out of stock. But Betty and Reilly made it happen. They sprang into action, located a new bolt, had it shipped to them and in no time my rug was cut,serged and had protectant applied to it. And they cut a rug pad to go under the sisal too. They were so easy to work with. I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you, Betty and Reilly. Look how great the rug looks!

Beautiful show room, sales associates are on the pretentious side. I got an estimate on carpet for the family room for over 3k found the same carpet for 1k less elsewhere.

Our positive customer service experience started in the showroom. We took a chance even going in because it looked like a fancy place with higher prices. But the product we ended up choosing came out even less expensive than a comparable product at Lowes. We were treated like actual customers and not just one of a high-volume many like in the big box stores. We had a tight timeline to work with and Betty Eatman got a guy in to do our measurement the next day with installation the following week. When installation week came, they called us to make a few day/time changes due to schedule conflict in their end but the changes still worked for our availability just in time for a party we were throwing celebrating our babys first birthday so I didnt make a big deal out of it. Installation day went perfectly and the carpet came out great! A couple days later, I received a bouquet of floors delivered to our home from Betty Eatman thanking us for our patience with the schedule changes and wishing our little one a happy birthday. Thats personalized customer service! Eatmans has customers for life now if ever we need additional rooms done or can refer someone to them.
