        Yesterday I went to Apple kiosk for phone diagnostics of my Iphone due to connectivity when in the ear phone mode. After diagnosis I was informed issue was not the phone but pointed to my hearing devices. I then went to HearingLife without an appointment and was seen by Hollie Bahen, Au.D who did a diagnosis of my hearing units and made adjustments, I was able to get the units to work in phone mode. I applaud her professionalism and expertise. Hollie advised me to use them and if I had any further problems come back and she would send them for further analysis to your tech people.

        Hollie Bahen, Au.D., and the whole team were great at my first visit with them! In the last six years I've seen three excellent hearing professionals in SC and NC, and my first visit to this office was the best. My wife and I are grateful to Hollie for thorough audiometry evaluations, outstanding explanations and recommendations. My new, updated Oticon hearing aids are on their way -- with no out of pocket cost. I'm glad our insurance company sent us to this office of HearingLife. And thanks again to the staff at this office. I look forward to continuing this relationship.
