        I came in with a 45 minute wait, they took my number and said they had time for me. They had me wait 45 minutes and then told me they didnt have time. Seriously, my hair takes ten minutes.

        I came in today and asked for a trim, but the stylist cut almost 6 inches off of my hair. I got home and realized that half of my hair is over and inch shorter than the other half. I wish I had not come here!
