I purchased a Christmas set and one string of lights doesn't work. I tried multiple times to contact them via the 866 number to get a message the number had been disconnected. I called the 919 number and it rang until receiving an automated message that no one was answering and was then disconnected. I sent multiple emails and have received no response. Since I wasn't able to tell them directly, I'll have to be satisfied to do it here.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. I emailed them in January. Then in Feb. I sent over what I wanted with dimensions. I emailed them again in March and was told that it had been forwarded to the manager for pricing. I Heard nothing I emailed again May 8th and have not gotten a response. HORRIBLE customer service. To ignore customers, not respond. This was for custom xmas display for the company I work for. I cannot believe that they just ignore customers. I would not use
