Plants in poor condition, very few varieties & everythings overpriced. Much better options, even at Lowes or Home Depot.

The store was empty and locked with a note saying BRB (with no return time) when I visited this Saturday afternoon at 3pm. Quite strange but we visited the other stores nearby while waiting for them to reopen. Almost an hour later we return and someones at the counter but the door was still locked and the person would not acknowledge us outside. At this point there were 6 people trying to get into the shop. I likely wont return, waste of time.

Love this store have been to the Durham location and Raleigh so much fun ! Im a new plant mom and they are so helpful and let you report plants in the store after purchase ! Will go back . Def love the calming vibes and great customer service :)

I know nothing about plants but stopped to get some for my girlfriend while in town. Andriana (hope I got her name right) was very helpful and patient, answered all my questions. Thank you for the great service
