Received a citation notice from this company after living in the same apartment complex for two years. Its part of our contract to pay $30 a month just to have trash collection come when they feel like it! We maybe get serviced four times a week if lucky. The citation notice was for not having our trash can inside during the day! How can you expect me to keep rotting trash in my apartment for days on end not knowing when it will get picked up? They really threatened to fine me because I dont want to keep that nasty, roach filled trash can inside my apartment all the time!

$30 a month for pickup in an apartment complex. Half of the time they wont pick it up. They obviously do NOT follow their own weight rules. I put a 13lb bag (yes I weighed it) outside and they wouldnt take it because somehow it was over their 25lb rule. They pick and choose the trash they want to take and dont even pick up for 2 days of the week. This trash service is literally trash. If they are offered near you, do yourself a big favor and avoid them.

I'm calling you in the morning. What's so difficult about picking up a damn 13-gallon trash bag? Sure, I left a small bag on top, but if that was the issue, why not just leave it behind and take the 13 gallon trash bag? The nerve to leave a note claiming to only collect 13-gallon bags, yet you don't even take mine... it's petty and shows how you dont use common sense.

They come up with new restrictions on what they will pick up from apartments every time, while increasing their fees. Would not use if apartment complex did not forcefully collect fees.
