CORT Furniture Rental

Very great experience at this CORT Furniture! Josh the manager and Senetta the senior sales associate were amazing in helping me find what I needed for my apartment and made it very fun as well! Highly recommend coming here for any and all of furniture finding needs. Very kind people and a wide selection of options.

We had a great experience at this store. However, there are few things to consider, when you rent/own the furniture from Cort. 1. I felt it is better to go to the store nearby your area, sit and feel your options, review the price point and finalize it with the manager( the discussions especially at this location went smooth) 2. This store has huge collection in their warehouse but lets public choose only from the display. ( Wish they let people pick from the back of the store) - took off a star coz of it 3. If you find any discount online, they would also give it in store when you choose to buy the furniture. ( some stores say it's for online only sale but here they considered it) 4. Most of the furniture is second hand but very well maintained ( people who wants to buy but not aware of what they would find) 5. They have a tie up with delivery person, prices for delivery reasonable, they dropped off the items and fixed the bed frame, it was hassle-free. 6. It's good to prefer from a store than from a garage sale ( Especially after Covid) Overall, it was a good experience. Only con is limited choices unlike online selection. We moved to Raleigh few months ago and this store was a good choice. I would definitely recommend this for people who would like to furnish their apartment or home with limited budget.

The rudest store i have been in.They greeting us nicely told us some of the rentals were on sale,and saw Noone after that,so we left.

I wish I could write a better review after one successful stint with Cort Furniture, but I am afraid that has changed. Let me preface by saying Tiffany Hastings is GREAT - with phenomenal customer service. I departed an apartment two months prior to furniture pickup and had vacuumed the entire place, multiple times. We have a golden retriever (sheds a lot), so we were extra diligent in getting his hair cleaned up. Ironically, there was no problem with the apartment complex, but magically Cort had "excessive dog hair" on their furniture, which led to a 400$ fee. After cleaning and knowing what very thin hair could have remained to proclaim that they had to throw out the furniture is an incredible exaggeration. In fact, the couch that my dog sat on was deemed "clean" but the other couch was damaged too much they said. For what it's worth, an individual with a dog allergy slept on the sofa the night before we departed - if that's any clue as to the status of "dog hair". Unfortunately this situation was very clear manipulation of the furniture's status and clearly intended to simply cash out with an extra few hundred dollars. It is very sad to see this type of manipulation happening behind closed doors, and with that in mind I cannot recommend this company to any potential renters. Please consider taking your business somewhere else.
