LDR Flooring Contractors

We had LDR flooring replace some of our carpeted area with new hardwoods, and refinish the hardwoods for a significan portion of the first floor. We are completely satisfied with the outcome and love the floors. The process was straighforward and easy. LDR's teams were on time, very friendly and completed the work ahead of schedule. Steve and his team have my full recommendation.

Awesome flooring, great communications about scheduling, and top notch workmanship.  Their flexibility allowed me to renovate my kitchen, after all the flooring in my house was done, with Brazilian Cherry.  They then came back and wove in the flooring into the new construction area - perfect job !

Steve "completed" a master bath tile job for me. I paid as invoiced in total and held up my side of the contract. He did not complete the job leaving the shower asymmetrical and unfinished. I had 3 conversations; one conversation as soon as the job was "complete" expressing my dissatisfaction with the 2 inch gap left between the tile and the window; second conversation on the phone and the third again at the job site. He adamantly refused to complete the job and make it right and offered no resolution except recommending that I fill the 2 inch gap with caulk or drywall mud. I had a general contractor look at this and that is not a solution that would make this right. The tile on the floor looks great. Steve made a choice to have an dissatisfied customer versus simply adding a few pieces of tile to the side matching the top.
