Southern First has been one of the best banks I've ever had. The ladies that work there are always very sweet and helpful with whatever I need, even when I am in a hurry. This bank provides excellent account options and mobile banking which I use often. I've never paid monthly fees for anything and there's no minimum I need to keep in my account. Plus, the bank is incredibly beautiful inside!

I've been using Southern First since they first moved to Raleigh. I have never had a more friendly staff at any bank to support me. The fees charged for their banking services are significantly lower than I was paying at my other bank. I particularly like their online banking capability. Sending ACH payments is a breeze.
