I highly recommend them when your considering buying a home warranty .They're not scamming. the program is realistic and we use them for every house we renovate and flip.

After trying to get reimbursed for a covered repair after they assured me they would reimburse me, they responded with WE ARE CLOSING THE BUSINESS. Buyer beware.

For no reason should you do business with this company. As expected, there's a lot of catches to their business model. I learned the hard way. After my HVAC unit went bad, I reach out to HT Warranty but due to the age of the system there were only going to provide me with 10% of the cost of the entire unit. Not only that but I had to fight my way through to get the claim process started and was worst after the payment was approved. Every single time I call claims, a receptionist would pick up the call and tell me that the office was busy and that she would take a message. I had to literally call at least 3 times a day for 5 days to get someone on the phone. I felt ripped off and cancelled the home warranty as soon as I could. Don't let this happen to you.
