        I highly recommend Jeff and his team for a thorough and thoughtful approach to mediated separation. Jeff was very prepared for all of our meetings and allowed me sufficient time to research any materials for the follow-on conference calls in order to maximize productivity.

        While I cannot speak for the entire firm, my experiences with Ms. King were awful! Ms. King did not reply to requests for updates on my case and from what I could see did nothing but cost me valuable time. When she did reply, it was with a curt statement about why she was out of the office. For the cost of her services, I think someone could have told me before she spent two weeks being unresponsive. I only got a response after contacting a partner. This response was not helpful, but combative! I have waited over 30 days for my balance to be returned to me, but as of yet have not received it. Use caution if considering Ms. King for such an important procedure such as a divorce.

        I usually do not give the top star as a rule because there is room for growth for all. However, it is not about that. In life, for me it is not so much about what you do (which is important) but how you make people feel. I genuinely felt valued from Lillie. Lillie was kind, patient, efficient, thorough, and down to earth. I appreciate how she stepped in (after an unpleasant experience with someone else) and took off handling our adoption. My husband and I are pleased and grateful for caring, good, professional people at Marshall and Taylor. Thanks to Andrea (who truly redeemed my trust to continue with Marshall and Taylor. She's a true asset to M&T), Elisha, Sarah and Remington for all you have done as well. May God bless each of you real good!
