I was recently seen at Town Ridge center location.Being new to area I was looking for a new Dr. I was extremely happy with my visit with Dr. Dolan, My tech Jaylen, and the above and beyond service from Charlie who helped me select multiple frames.Def happy with courteous staff all around.

Can't say anything about the receptionist I was always greeted when I walked in. My issue was there. prescription, when I told them I couldn't see i was giving an appointment 2 weeks later. Ok but the doctor wasn't interested in helping me fix anything I waited in the waiting room for 1 hour and he literally did do anything he told me unfortunately when we get past 40 glasses don't really correct your eyes I was instructed that when I ware my contacts ware reading glasses to see up close since the distance part was correct.I felt like they only care before you pay after they squeeze your insurance dry and add extra charges your invaluable. I will NEVER go back there I will NEVER recommend anyone there and I recorded the doctor telling me that glasses don't correct your eyes after 40 so he will definitely be heading to tictoc/tube and any other platform. Service all over sucks now a days it a money grab
