        I did a job through this office and after I submitted my hours, I was having an issue with the money going on my card. The lady I had the displeasure of speaking to had terrible customer service and was very dismissive; her name was Janaya(misspelled). I then contacted the Durham office where I was met by a great lady named Keiyonna who took the time to look into it and was able to explain to me that I simply needed to come and update my tax information. Please send Janaya(misspelled) to some type of customer service training so that in the future your employees dont have to call other offices to handle situations.

        This is a horrible company to work for. Very unprofessional and rude staff. They also dont like answering the phone. I worked a job Thursday and havent received payment in 3days although they pay you every 24hrs.
