Dry Clean X-Press

I've used this dry cleaner for a few years and always had great service but,I this time they put starch in my shirts and ruined them and they are telling me there's nothing they can do, basically saying it's my fault. I'm really upset. I guess I'll give two $60.00 shirts to the good will

Have been a patient patron for about 6 months. On 4 separate occasions they have ruined 3 of my wife's blouses with new snags and lost one of my dress shirts... gave it to another customer and did not followup. Other dress shirts of mine now have random  starch spray stains. I will not be returning.

Sent in a comforter to be specifically dry cleaned by this company. What I received in return was a comforter loaded down with what appears to be white pet hair; among other types of hair and fuzz. I do not have any pets at my residence. This company usually does a good job, but after this experience I cannot recommend their services. The comforter came back in a worse condition, and took a lot of work with a lint roller to remove a fraction of the hair.

Worst customer service. Never coming back, I do not recommend if you have items of value.

Excellent service, attention to detail and quality of work. Im using Dry Clean X-press exclusively from now on.
