Never answered my phone call. Wound up going to Vistaprints but would have rather given the business to someone local.

I wish I had the opportunity to use their services. I reached out to them via email through their website, in addition to their Facebook messenger business account. I haven't heard back and its been two days. I stay in Fayetteville and happened to be in Raleigh today, so I decided to GPS and visit them in person while I was in the area. I didn't realize it was a residential address, which is completely fine, but when I get there, I ring the doorbell twice and get no answer. I call and get no answer. This is all during the listed hours of operation on the website. So I'm a little disappointed by this time, because I was in the area and was hoping to get a giclee print done since no one in Fayetteville seems to do it. Upon writing this review, I noticed someone else had this exact issue before. The owner said it's a homerun business by appointment in their review. That would be fine if it was posted on the website or other outlet stating this info. Needless to say, I was bummed out. Update: dropped my 2 star rating to a 1 now. I emailed the business and even called and left a message. Then tried to call again on a different day with no answer. No return phone call or email. This is definitely not the way to grab new business. I will not be trying to use their services in the future unfortunately. This attempt was after the owner responded on here to my initial review.

Bill does exceptional work. I trust him with a good portion of my art business. Fine quality prints and very easy to work with.

Bill has worked me on a rare project scanning my pottery plaques. His attention to detail, knowledge and willingness to do something new are all 5 stars.
