Started going to Wells Family Dentistry in February23 this year for routine exams and cleanings and X-rays. Best dentist experience ever. Great office, friendly staff and just all around a pleasant experience.

Overall the dental care from the dentists I received at this practice was fine. The reason for the low rating is because of multiple other negative experiences with this practice. 1. I became a new patient during a promotion they were running for a gift card for new patients. I never received the gift card. I brought it up at my appointment and was told they would " look into it" and I never heard anything else about it. 2. I paid for a fluoride treatment to be put my teeth that the dental assistant apparently forgot to put on. She ran out as I was leaving to ask me if I wanted to go back to have her put it on or to just take the little container of fluoride with me. I opted to take it with me as I had already been there several hours and was in discomfort and also needed to pick up my child. 3. I guess the over $1000 I paid and my insurance paid them didn't cover $26 that was left over. They said they sent several statements in the mail which I did not receive/see (not saying they didn't send them, but they didn't make it into my hands). I then got an email altering me to my balance (which I was fine with, and actually prefer that form of communication) The language in the email was the issue. It was very rude and unprofessional in my opinion, especially for a $26 bill. In addition to considering the ridiculous expense of dental care in the US that many people cannot even afford leading to many with medical bills they cannot pay at no fault of their own. I promptly called them to pay my $26 and told them I would no longer be a patient of theirs and would seek dental care elsewhere.
