I had an amazing experience with dr Zavada and his assistant they went above to make sure I was comfortable and knew everything going on I would definitely recommend them to anyone the best atmosphere to be in treat you like family

The dentists are great. However the entire staff doesnt know what anyone else is doing. I paid $10K for my front tooth implant. I felt confident I made the right choice with Clear Choice. Apparently I didnt make the right choice. I was told the lab does the work on site. Not true. They ship most things out to a lab in California. After I paid in full and had my first surgery that went very well. I was scheduled for the next surgery and when I arrived at 6:30am and waiting for the staff to arrive at 7:15 I was told it was too early for the surgery and to reschedule in a month. The tooth needs to heal longer. This was told prior to an X-ray or talking with the dentist. Basically they scheduled me too soon after the procedure. Why didnt someone call me the day before. It doesnt seem like anyone is communicating in the office. I waited five months and finally have the appointment to have my tooth. At 7:00 am the day of my appointment I received a call from the office and my tooth was still in California and dont come in as schedule. The next day I got a call my tooth arrived and to come in that day at 10:00am. Of course I dropped everything to go to the appointment. After the tech made a few adjustments moving my gum line and irritated my mouth he said the lab sent the wrong tooth. He said to make an appointment at the front desk. I went to the front desk and was told to come back in 5 weeks for the tooth. Im the meantime the office only has one dentist since January so Im guessing thats also a delay. Im frustrated beyond words. I feel foolish for choosing clear choice. They have left me feeling hopeless. They dont apologize with any sincerity. They already have my $10k and dont care that Ive basically isolated myself because I dont wanna be seen without my front tooth. The temporary tooth is just for show. You cant eat or drink with it. Basically thats what I do when I socialize with friends and family. No one cares in the office. Its a sad situation and wouldnt wish this on anyone. Based on my situation I wouldnt recommend them. I think their lab in California is as incompetent as clear Choice dental in Raleigh.

My wife Theresa is noticeably very,very happy and these teeth aren't even the finished job. We both had happy tears... will follow up with final pics and awesome reviews ...

Natalie was Kind and patient, made me feel very comfortable and hopeful throughout my time at Clear Choice. Dr. Z was thorough, very kind and patient. Thank you Clear Choice
