Highly recommend. Great service all around. Doctors actually spend time with you and explain everything. Assistants and Hygienists are also very helpful and everyone is professional and friendly.

Having gone to LOREN (Formerly Downtown) Dental for several years, I suggested a friend of mine contact them to deal with chronic pain associated with a tooth coupled and more general dental care issues that also need to be addressed. In pulling the tooth in question, they sent him home without what by any moral standard would be PROPER pain management care! In its place they told him to take up to 3200 mg of Ibuprofen and 4000 mg of Acetaminophen a day! The irrationality of this action is beyond contempt and can only assume the Dentist is willing to risk the patients broader health with soooo much Ibuprofen and acetaminophen than deviate from some over the top assumption about dispensing PROPER PAIN MEDICATION that would be more effective, help him sleep and with far fewer peripheral potential side effects. Its not like he came into LOREN dental randomly asking for pain meds...HE HAD A MOLER RIPPED OUT OF HIS HEAD! As such, I am seriously questioning continuing going to this dentist office and strongly going to suggest my 83 year old mother doing the same. SHAME ON YOU!

If you need dental implants, Dr. Adam Wall is the one. Stop looking! This is it! I must begin by saying, I am the Worst patient that no Doctor or their staff should ever have to bear the burden of. My case was not easy, I made it impossible, and Dr. Wall and the team went way above and beyond to take care of me. Their is no apology that can be presented sufficient for my behaviors and shameful words spoken throughout the process. I can only hope Dr. Wall, his Assistant Nicole, and the entire team will accept my humble recognition for the unwaivering compation and patience expressed during the whole process. They came through for me, no matter how petulant or outrageous my behavior. Dr. Wall should have given up on me several times. He did not deserve me as a patient. I spoke to him in ways noone deserves to be spoken to, not to mention being rude to staff on the phone. Honestly some of the most regretable words of my life. He definitely did not deserve the grief, anguish, and countless hours of lost sleep I caused him. Yet, he maintained his integrity and still worked tirelessly on my case. He absolutely has a greater degree of charachter than myself, both as a professional and as a man. I will forever be grateful for everything that was done for me. And Yes, he did an amazing job! Everyone did, from start to finish!
