17 minutes before the start of my appointment, while I was driving to get there, this dental office left a voice message telling me that they needed to reschedule my appointment because their internet is down. I discovered this when I walked into the office. I asked if I could at least get a cleaning and was told no. I'm pretty sure internet access is not required to check my teeth for cavities and give me a cleaning. Rather than honor the appointment, perform data entry later from manual notes, and schedule x-rays for a follow-up in 6 months, this dental office wasted my time and lost my business.

I had an appointment scheduled to have a crown done. Two days before my appointment, they left me a voice message saying that they cancelled my appointment because Dr. Limerick wasn't in their office that day. They told me to call a different UDA office and schedule with them. I called the other office and they said they can't schedule me because they don't know Dr. Limerick's availability. I asked both offices if I could be scheduled with a different dentist since they cancelled my appointment and aren't able to reschedule it. They said I would have to have a full evaluation appointment done if I switched dentists before I could schedule this crown appointment. I am extremely disappointed and confused as to how they don't know the schedule of the dentist and won't honor the appointment I had previously scheduled and confirmed.

Had been going to this dentist for years before coming in contact with new dentist and assistant on staff. Had the dentist here tell me I had the worst luck with teeth after she neglected to floss between teeth (where fillings were). Had to come in the next day to get sealant stuck in my teeth out. This was due to the assistant, Tiana Graham, over-talking me and my dentist & dental assistant incessantly during my fillings, including when my dentist was trying to ask important questions to me, such as does your bite feel okay?. Tiana had also tried to give me an unnecessary x-ray/radiation exposure, is in a constant state of confusion, and is unequipped for the job overall. Unprofessional. I urge this practice to either place Tiana in a different role she can handle or terminate her employment due to constant forgetfulness, distraction, mixing up minor and major details (like months of appointments and way more), etc. Highly concerning for patients who are unable to advocate for themselves. Ive filed a complaint with the QI department as well. Even the manager of the practice here agreed with my decision to file a report. Save yourself from the gaslighting, attitude, and unprofessional treatment by going somewhere else for dental care.

I cannot thank UDA enough for their care and hospitality. I have a fear of dentists but this practice made sure that my experience is the best experience every time. Dr. McMichael manages my patient care and has made me switch from being a patient with anxiety to a patient that regularly keeps appointments. I really love that she explains my treatment in detail and tells me everything shes about to do before she gets to work. She constantly checks on my comfort level and provides ways for me to improve my dental health from home between appointments. I also have to thank the staff who are super friendly, remember me by name and make sure that my experience is the best. The Hygiene Tech, Jen has been there for many years and shared she commutes because she loves this practice. Yau can tell that she's super experienced but also treats you like family. They always have a smile on their faces and will follow up with any questions that I have no matter how big or how small. I had some issues transferring my care when I relocated from out of state and Dr. McMichael stepped in and constantly followed up with my previous provider and took the weight off my shoulders. The warm environment and ease I feel when I'm in the chair will make me a forever patient at this practice. If you are an anxious patient or just need an environment that makes you feel comfortable through what can be an uncomfortable experience, this is the place to go!
