This bank has very good customer service. I worked with Kristen and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I went into the branch everyone was really kind and nice not to mention quick service.

Dondra and her team are the best. Always friendly and go out of their way to help customers. There is no better place to do your banking, mortgage, auto loans, etc

I just completed the process of getting a car loan at this branch. It was the easiest and smoothest experience I have ever had with a bank. The tellers are polite and even the branch manager is kind and welcoming. They make sure to share all the options available with you including warranties if available and gap insurance. Dondra even put in loads of leg work to lay out different loan structures for my specific loan so I could pick the one that best fit my needs. I couldn't be happier with my new car and it's all thanks to them!
