After being a dedicated customer of Summit Credit Union for over 17 years, I have formed valuable relationships that have greatly enhanced the loan process. Although some members of the staff, including Lila and Glen, have moved on, the exceptional level of service remains unchanged. Through Summit, I had the pleasure of interacting with the Member Care Team, specifically Renee Vernon and Rhonda Chambers, as well as Mike, the Branch Manager in Raleigh. Their commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to loyal members, reminiscent of the service provided at UNC Rex, was immediately evident. This experience solidified my decision to maintain my relationship with Summit and its staff. Rhonda and Renee displayed enthusiasm, approachability, proactivity, responsiveness to specific requests, and consistent follow-through. Their professionalism, along with their genuine interest in addressing my GAP concerns, has made me feel valued and part of a family from the very beginning. They have remained diligent in addressing all of my out of state car purchase needs and have consistently demonstrated a genuine concern for my best interests in every interaction. Lastly branch manager Mike willingness to stay later if needed to print a check so I can overnight it was just icing on the cake... Thanks Summit for being a support to your patrons.

Was a wonderful experience working with them they were very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a bank.
