She is helping me deal with the tragic decline of a young family member who is suffering from a disease for which there is no cure. When I learned that Carla also has a background in case management, I was convinced that it was "God-thing" that I was assigned to her. She is knowledgeable, our sessions have honest give and take, and I KNOW that she really cares.
