Unfortunately as a consignor I feel the customer service here is lacking. I SWEAR that in the past all of your consigned items would show in your online account, showing what the item is and how much it has been priced at. That is generally how it works at all consignment stores when you consign. Especially at consignment stores that specialize in higher end items. After dropping off items about a month and a week ago still nothing was showing in my account so I sent an email to inquire about these items. I never received a response to my email asking about these items. Today I called and asked why these items were not showing in my account and the lady replied that she thinks nothing shows in the account until an item has sold. But I also got the feeling she didnt really know for sure one way or another as she just said mhm many times when I expressed my confusion about not being able to see anything at all reflected in my account. So consignors dont get to see what items Revolver has in its possession or what they have priced them at? So Im pretty unhappy, e-mails go unanswered and according to whoever it was I talked to today there is no online record whatsoever of the items you have consigned in their store. I still feel like the items SHOULD be in the online account as I swear they used to be in the past, so Im not sure what is correct as the employee didnt seem knowledgeable.
