Tried ordering drinks from two young girls but they were both too busy chatting with a visiting (non employee friend) and playing on their phones. I ended walking out without them even noticing I was there

Baristas are too busy talking rather than listening to my order and make my order incorrectly every time.

This Starbucks has gone downhill over the last five months or so. I used to come in and they had great baristas. But the ones that work now put minimum effort into talking to you and making the drinks. Theyve messed up almost every order Ive had. Its convenient to grab a drink while I shop but Ill pass on this one from now on.

Pretty much your typical Starbucks experience. Employees were quick and efficient with order process. However, there were no customers ahead of us, and the counters looked dirty, and there weren't any napkins in the dispensers.
