I’ve been attending one-on-one sessions with Kathleen for the past 5 years. I don’t know where I would be without her intelligent, thoughtful, and loving guidance. I actually knew Kathleen before she was my coach as a regular at a restaurant I worked at, and somehow years later I randomly ran into her in a different city at a show I was attending. She handed me her RCA card, and I knew that meeting was a gift to me from the universe. While Kathleen has numerous degrees and certifications in her field, she just has a way about her that is innate to her being. She has helped me grow and blossom into something and someone I never truly imagined or even knew was there. She has given me a lifetime supply of tools for me to utilize from my toolbox of life. The best part is that it’s very apparent she loves what she does

"When looking for clarity with my life purpose, the universe brought me to RCA. Kathleen created a space during my interview with her that allowed me to confirm that authentic leadership life coaching was right for me. The energy present in the classroom was safe and nurturing. This space allowed my cohorts and me to explore and share newfound insights. I was very impressed with the quality of RCA’s curriculum and materials. I waited to write this review to give an authentic and honest perspective. I knew the class training experience was excellent but was I going to be able to create a successful life coaching business after graduation? It has been approximately one year since my graduation at RCA, and I have been able to create a professional and responsive website, LinkedIn, and Facebook business page. I LOVE my work as confidence, motivation, and entrepreneurial life coach. I have acquired 75 coaching hours towards my ACC with the ICF! One last important point I want to share. After graduation, Kathleen and her staff did not just drop off the face of the earth. Kathleen O'Grady, owner of Raleigh coaching coached my daughter to prepare for the waiting job market when she graduated. Kathleen is patient and insightful. Not only was it a wonderful, affirming experience for my daughter, but while following Kathleen's advice she landed her dream job right out of college.
