Unhappy customer my husband and I purchased incense and an incense holder online. It did not work out for us so we placed a return. The lady on the phone said how much do you want to return and I replied with All of it. I paid for shipping and sent the package. When it arrived, I was told they cant accept the incense burner per their return policy this is fine but shouldnt they have told me this when I started the return on the phone!? Now I dont have the incense burner and I didnt receive the refund for it. I wouldnt have sent a return with just the incense since the price for the incense refund was almost the same as the shipping. Small stores are supposed to have great customer service but this was a bad experience. First time using the store and I wont use it again. To reply back: The incense burner was NOT damaged nor dirty. It had been used twice. If you know anything about using this type of incense the burner gets marked up immediately. There is no way around it, so its not dirt. The store knew I used the burner so obviously there would be markings a hot coal is burned in there They should have told me ahead of time they would not accept the return since it had been used. I also mainly purchased hypoallergenic incense. I am not allergic to all incense, just the ones I purchased from this order. I have used incense many times without a problem.

I purchased an American Standard Bible a number of years ago, moderate print size and the wording has been fantastic. I probably need a new Bible for my bedroom now since I don't walk that well. I also meant to say that the wording revisions help tremendously in opening my understanding of the original holy script, GOD bless you in your help to provide me on my spiritual journey. The regular KJV is a bit difficult for me.

Very pleased with service received at this store. Needed holy cards printed for my fathers Celebration of Life Mass with a tight turn around. They had a big event for the weekend & still were able to accommodate my needs. Thanks for the quick turnaround!
