I recently visited Woodforest Bank in Garner North Carolina at Garner station. There were three bankers there one named Jennifer, one named Camesha, and one named Vianie.. they were very professional and deserve as much recognition as possible. These three young ladies are great! Woodforest you have hit the nail on the head with these three young ladies!! I've been off and on with Woodforest for years and have never experienced the type of customer service that I experienced today. They were knowledgeable, very , articulant , extremely polite and pleasant and answered every question I had with precise information and I was left completely satisfied that I knew everything I had to know about my account and what to expect from Woodforest. These three should be commended and rewarded for their professionalism a as well as their pleasant demeanor when dealing with customers. I for one will be very willing to recommend this bank to anyone seeking banking in a professional setting. If other Banks had the personnel that I experienced here at this Woodforest location in Garner North Carolina, wow!, look out! Because I guarantee you they will attract more business than the average banking situation. Good for you woodforest! Your recruitment of these three young ladies were outstanding and deserves recognition! I pray that my experience is exactly like this each time I walk into those doors seeking help with my banking. I am relieved and feel safe with my money here at this bank I would never go anywhere because of these three particular young ladies!!
