        I love this bank and this branch. Bank's online system is not the nicest nor most convenient, but the branch employees MORE than make up for it in kindness and humanity! I had left a message late on a friday afternoon, and Amy? stayed late to make sure she got a hold of me and relieved my concerns!

        I went in the bank to talk about opening an account. I waited over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledge I was there and then the person was rude. I decided they didn't need my business so I just left.
