        I had an appointment to open a new checking account and was greeted and helped right away, even though I got there early! Shia was so kind, helpful, and personable. I had to end up coming back later the same day because of an issue with my debit card and they helped me, again, right away. Nadia was very helpful as well! Overall my experience was great.

        7 people in line and 1 teller. No drive thru anymore. Employees taking breaks and not one helping the teller. This is the poorest customer service I've experienced yet.

        I had to have some funds converted into a cashiers check on 8/14/23. I was greeted by a beautiful young woman who patiently listened to what I needed and explained it to Barbara. She followed through with my request perfectly and quickly.A really helpful experience.
