Precision Tune Auto Care

So I have been a customer at this locations for years. My experience was average. Two things happened lately there'd me to write this review and made me no longer their customer. One I had my car inspected and failed. I was told the belts need changed and and quoted a big bill for that repair. I decided to go for a second opinion at a mechanic I know and he told me the belts were OK but because it was failed I have to change the and did it gor half the amount I would have paid at PT. Second situation I had a coupone for oil change but the manager told me that it does not apply for this location and that was correct however he offered me to do the discount if I write a 5 star review in Google reviews. Which made wounder if they are bribing their way to improve their rating. I thought there is no honesty in this place. Just be aware when you go there.

The employees at this Precision Tune location were outstanding and provided exceptional service. Brandon, the mechanic, went to extraordinary lengths to get a new alternator delivered to the shop as soon as possible. He stayed late to finish installation so I could get my car home that night. Angie, the front desk manager, also stayed late and was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Highly Recommended!!! Service: General repairs & maintenance

price was good but when i came in it took 20 minutes to get someone to talk to me. Then I was told to come back in 2 hours. The oil change was supposed to take 30-45 minutes but one hour and 30 minutes later I was told they didnt have the right filter « because Ive never been here before. » When I pressed why it took 1:30 to figure out they didnt have it, the woman admitted she didnt check the vin and tag but again proceeded to blame me. No accountability, no respect for other peoples time. Im particularly frustrated because as a young woman auto shops take advantage of my lack of knowledge and place blame on me. Now Im running late and I have to keep waiting until someone from another shop turns up with the right filter.
