My son rented a property at Elon Nc. Unfortunately the property had a lot of problems (mold, electrical and plumbing). We contacted the property management company, but they did not want to release my son from the lease. After contacting Mr. Antonelli he managed to quickly resolve the issue with the property management company and my son was released from the lease.
