It was one of the best experience for us living in Clairmont at Brier creek. Apartment management is really helpful from the start. These are very nice apartment with great floor plans and within budget!! Lot of kitchen cabinets, large pantry and additional work area was a bonus. The whole application process was super easy from the beginning and never faced any issue, even the work orders were completed very fast (same day or next day). Location is great. Everything is nearby. I have worked with Jessica mostly and initially with Veronica. Both were really great and extremely helpful. Overall I had an wonderful experience.

This is my second year leasing here. Everyone in the front office is very helpful and nice. Jess, Ms.V and Chris are my favs. They are always willing to help me with whatever I need. If you're looking for a nice quiet community here is where you want to be. It doesn't matter the unit they are all pretty spacious.

Ask for Jessica! Shes great at what she does and very knowledgeable. Our move in experience was a breeze, she was accommodating and patient with our quick move in date. We visited the Clairmont in Tuesday and was in our new space on Friday. The team is very pleasant and customer service is on point.

Great place to live about 10 to 15 minutes from downtown Raleigh, Durham and Cary great amenities pool, gym, Amazon hub, grill the staff at the leasing office is wonderful if you have any questions or issues they will happily in any way they can this amazing place to live
