The Park at North Ridge

Its literally been The Wild, Wild West I was so looking forward to moving in at The Park at North Ridge. The leasing office was great, all of them were lovely when I was applying and moving in. It was a comfortable move, starting the process and then my moving truck pulled up. The apartment itself was beautiful but within 2 weeks of living here, I knew it was just going to get worse. I had an issue with my master bedroom toilet that took about 3 months to repair and its very loose again but not worth it. From the second the moving truck pulled up with my things, my upstairs neighbor has been a nightmare. The marching band above me was loud and clear and there was an obvious grudge from the tenant before me. I realize there is going to be we*d smoke in any apartment, but this has been ridiculous. The amount of that smoke is insane and it is constant, day and night. I clean my bathroom once a week and after a week, it again has a layer of soot that has to be scrubbed off. When I sit in my chair in the living room/sunroom there has been a chemical smell coming through my vents that I have been extremely allergic to. Its not healthy and not safe, and Ive begged and pleaded with the leasing office. After multiple emails, back and forth, a face to face with the manager(plenty of videos with sound to show), calling the police several times and trying desperately to break my lease, it has been to no avail. I am counting my days until the end of my lease. Its been a total nightmare. I havent even mentioned the amount of people (including children) that come and go at all times of the middle of the night and early morning. I have attached pictures of my tub and my neck from the severe irritation. I am a very clean and tidy person. This is not what you think living in this area would be. I have lived on the bottom floor several times in my life, but this is not remotely normal. Once you are in and have signed that lease, you are totally on your own with zero help.

Alexis was amazing he came in and fixed all my maintenance issues within 20 minutes !!!!! he even fixed my kitchen sink sprayer nozzle and changed out my air vent filter ! You are appreciated Alexis.

Ive been living at the park for a year now and the staff has been amazing since day one. The amenities and the location are great. Highly recommended!

Luke changed the broken light outside of my apartment and vacuumed the vent in the dining room. He wore the booties at my request. He showed great customer service. Way to go!!!

Awesome place to live!!!! Leasing is on point, maintenance is on point and theyre always having resident events !! Joslyn, jess, emily and alex are amazing. Ive been here 2 years and its been a pleasure since the day i toured. Highly recommended!!!!
