        I like maintenance works that are clean and very quick response. I like the pool very clean pool and easy access with the electrical provided.

        Trash and expensive. Living here my bills cost as much as my brother who lives in Chicago in the city near downtown CHICAGO. They tow cars from the visitor door having expired tags. Cost my friend $195. Don't live here maintenance sucks they don't fix anything. And when they do it takes weeks

        I would like to give a shout to Jodie and Antoinette they both go above and beyond when it comes to ((customers service)) and helping me understand my rent also keeping me updated on changes they get 10 stars a cross the board I love living here

        They are pretty solid just need to tighten up maintenance issues when it happens the first time. Other than that pretty peaceful at Montecito West apartments.

      Nestled in Midtown just north of the beltline there is a sweet little gem called Montecito West Apartments. This apartment community was built for the ages and in 2017 recently underwent major enhancements to include a beautifully updated swimming pool area with cozy lounge seating, outdoor grilling pavilion and fireplace with TV. Montecito West Apartments is less than 3 miles to North Hills outdoor shopping center and is surrounded by every convenience one could hope for; shops like Trader Joe’s and delicious eateries like Cowfish and The Capital Grill. Have fun gathering with friends at Kings or on the roof top of Raleigh’s hottest bar Level 7. Duke Raleigh Hospital is also within walking distance of Montecito West Apartments. Enjoy all the excitement of downtown Raleigh which is only minutes away and then come home to peace and quiet at Montecito West Apartments.
