Dont live here unless you like being woken up by the blaring fire alarm. The buildings have faulty wiring

I dont recommend moving here. In my experience here this is what I have observed and gone through: There have been car break ins and strange activity. Car vandalism. The floors and walls in the apartment are extremely thin so you can hear almost everything from your neighbors above and below. I have had to make multiple noise complaints and even call the police. Your monthly rent includes fees for valet trash, the amenities and internet. The internet is not that great. It goes out often. Fire alarms go off a lot. The trash compactor is kind of gross because a lot of people are always leaving their stuff outside of it. The door locks do not have keys, they are touch pads where you type in a code or use your phone. When its cold, they dont seem to be the most responsive. If you had to get into your apartment in a hurry, you wouldnt be able to if someone was chasing you or something. I dont think its the safest option. Maybe they could have done touchpads that also have keys. They only seem to have one dog pick up station within the complex. Email responses are not the most timely and I think one of the leasing managers blocked my email address. My ceiling fan fell down once when I first moved in. I dont feel super safe in the neighborhood at night. The apartments look nice and pretty, but they are cheaply built. You can visibly see in my apartment where they cut corners when they built it. Scratches, paint overlapping areas, dents in appliances, etc. I want to get out of my lease, but they want me to pay back the two months of free rent they offered me when I moved in, plus a buy out fee, plus 2 months of rent with a 60 day notice. Thats more than $8,000. They do not allow subletting or lease takeovers. Even my move in process was complicated. The communication was very bad and I had to call multiple times to find out information. That should have been my sign there, so I guess I take accountability for that one. The good things are that I havent had any bugs, the hot water is hot for a good amount of time, and the appliances are nice. I personally think you could find a better apartment with more to offer for less money. This place seemed very promising when moving in, but as time as gone on. I just do not enjoy living here.

Dont move here - they lie about what theyll offer you in amenities, never give you access by choice, and are terrible at communication. They build bike storage but then we now wont ever get to use it. Sold on 24/7 business center and lobby, offices and conference rooms they took over the offices and conference room, none of it is accessible outside of business hours (except finally the business center after 7 months). They just told another group this today, along with having a working fireplace; its been here since they built it months ago and have no clue how to make it work. We now have uncovered (outside) loops to lock up your bike, which is awful from what we were told, and goes great with all the theft and car break ins. They have monthly events and tell no one, so no one goes. The office staff themselves are often confused when these are going on, even same day. Looks and nice sounding things are very deceiving. Maybe better management could help, not by paying for fake reviews from local guides - and maybe some feedback besides let me check and call you later, then they never follow up. This isnt zero stars bc the maintenance crew is pretty solid.

I feel like a lot of the reviews are from people that do not live or did not live in this complex. The insides of the apartments are very nice. There were some scratches but nothing major. I dont like the blinds for the sliding door because they easily break. I wish the community center was actually 24 hours like we were promised when we moved in. I also wish the dog poo situation would be dealt with. I would say this is not the place to move if you have a dog, the dog park used to be nice but now you cant enter without stepping in poop. Nothing has been done about this complaint and it has only gotten much much worse. Positive- the gym is nice. Negative - again, you cant access the coffee machine nor pool table unless they are open so its a total waste. They also no longer stock the club house fridge. So all in all, I think the biggest upset is everything that was promised to us on tour and upon signing that was false advertising. That, and again, poop everywhere. I dont really recommend this place. *EDIT* continued, still do not recommend this place. Dog park fountain has been leaking water for weeks so now its it covered in wet poop.
