This after 2 maintenance request and then the last maintenance request was never responded to. Drain in shower been stopped up since October. After waiting 2 and a half weeks after the third request, the manager and I got into an arguement to the respect that I just declined any maintenance work done unless it's major. This stopped up drain should've been fixed properly the first time. But....
Terrible work ethic!! Whatever happened to good customer service.
Aside from Steve being a great maintenance employee and responsible person, this place isnt really that good. I've been 9 or 10years and the biggest issue is who is in the leasing office every 2 years. Out of the 7 mangers and 12 agents I felt with only 2 managers and probably 6 agents had integrity. And that's not any of the people there now.
2 issues:
Been here 9 or 10 years, so when I went to sign my new lease, I asked for some upgrades and they did as minimal as possible. And those were just lights. 1. Lol just got a new ceiling fan, the old one had the light hanging by the wires for about 8 years give or take and it made weird sounds when on. 2. So they do these apartment checks now, dont know why, treating us as if we are prison doing cell sweeps, where they come in and check out your apartment. I had a blind that one the pieces was broke off for about 5 or 7years.
I got letter saying I had to pay 19 dollars for the to be replaced. So I call and the leasing agent, a male, at the time had this cut throat attitude after dealing with him, I asked to speak to the manager. She said it would charged to my rent if I dont come a pay it right away. I told her I'm not paying for it , it's been that way for over a number of years. She had to call the corporate office and check how long I've been living here and to ask them should I pay. By the grace of GOD, they told her I've been living here for 10years and I shouldn't have to pay for it, just change the blinds. All of this happen because she thought I've only been living here a year.
Moral: Great place to live, yet poor management skill. You just don't know what you will get come every 2years.
