        My mom had a leak above her kitchen sink and one of the toilets in the apartment was a wreck would be the best word to use. Andre came and ensured it was taken care of in a timely manner! He and Harry are absolutely amazing loved talking to them.

        I love the character of these apartments and how nice the neighborhood is. These are older apartments and I had a few issues upon moving in but Mark in the front office was amazing and extremely helpful in my transition, all of my maintenance requests have been filled between 24-48 hours or less, and Andre worked pretty quickly when coming to fix my sink and tub and gave me a brand new faucet when mine couldnt be fixed. If youre looking for a quiet, neighborly community Id suggest this.
