Rose Heights Apartments

It is almost a year since we moved to Rose Heights from another apartment community in the same area. It is a great place to live for many reasons: location, price value, quality and really in good shape apartments, peaceful community and surroundings. No problems with pests, they keep all areas clean, neat and under control. Maintenance team is superior in this place, no matter what kind of service request I always had them coming same day or next day solving the issue in one visit. Leasing office staff is awesome, always helpful, warm, happy and doing their best with great and funny ideas for resident events. This apartment community is a small gem hidden in the middle of northwest Raleigh.

Just moved into Rose Heights after a horrible experience at another apartment home. Melody, the leasing agent, was so helpful and very sweet. She got us a new apartment in the matter of 5 days which was such a tremendous help. So far, the apartment unit is very nice. When we moved in, there were a few things that needed to be fixed such as the dryer not getting hot enough. As soon as we handed in our sheet for repairs, the maintenance team came out the same day! Very quick to fix the things we needed help with. Good team and quiet neighborhood.

Overridden with dogs. Please only move here if you love the sound of dogs barking all day long above, below and next door to you. This goes way beyond apartment living noise levels folks. Dont bother calling to report incessant barking because not much will be done. All this while your rent goes up by $100 every year. The best thing about Rose Heights is its maintenance crew. The gentlemen working the grounds are prompt, knowledgeable, professional and kind. While the new Office Management is really nice, they make zero decisions. Everything goes through their Corporate office and no matter how reasonable the request, it will be denied. I was a tenant at Rose Heights for two years and just left. I lived in a building near the pool. I always paid rent on time and have never had any complaints against me or anyone in my household. Im happy and comfortable back in my house out of state. Im sharing this experience since so many are searching for apartments, work from home and deserve peace in their living space. If you fall in any of these categories, I suggest you keep searching. Really enjoy our living space here at Rose Heights. The community is welcoming, neighbors are chill. The new management has been really understanding as my ac went out twice. I can go into anaphylaxis when overheated, but they had maintenance out promptly both times to help with my emergency. The lovely lady at the front also called me back quickly regarding my missing package that was delivered to the office instead.

I scheduled a tour listing the units of interest, but upon my arrival the woman in the front office was rude and rushed us. She told us that none of the floor plans I had interest in were available (once we were already there, as opposed to when I scheduled the tour). She didnt show us any of the amenities or tell us anything about the unit. It was terrible, and if the touring experience is any reflection on the living experience, Id recommend looking elsewhere.
