The Children's Courtyard of Raeford

My child has been going to this facility for over 2yrs, the current director and new employees have implemented changes that are positively impacting the staff and the children. I have noticed greater engagement with the staff members and significant improvement with my childs development. I have seen the progression of this facility and it is definitely headed in the right direction with the new leadership that have take over. As a dual military member I highly recommend this facility under the new management

Any positive reviews are fake! This place is horrible the amount of neglect and abuse from staff that is allowed at this facility is ridiculous. There is no way this place should still be open if you honestly care about your child stay clear of this place.

The facility is a night and day comparison now that a new director has been hired. The teachers are very attentive, care thoroughly for my little one, and we get acknowledged every single drop off and pick up, opening the door for communication if need be. One big draw to this daycare was the cameras in all the classrooms. I check them daily, multiple times and it always provides peace of mind as my little one has major attachment issues and some drop off days are challenging. He always calms down nearly immediately and is interactive with the other kids and the staff, which puts me at ease. Were also provided updated all through out the day to get a glimpse as to what activities are being done, how much food has been eaten, bathroom updates, and more. The facility and staff have improved so much since we started over a year ago. We didnt have any major issues prior, but now seeing the changes, I do feel even more happy with choosing Childrens Courtyard

Would not recommend. my nephew was disenrolled after two months due to reoccurring illnesses and incident reports due to supervision issues. in addition, workers are overwhelmed and overworked within the classroom. my nephew was not able to receive the care he needed due to this issue. this center urgently needs to be cleared out. everyone is unprofessional and rude.
