Wedgefield Apartments

Been living here for two months, and cant complain. I actually love it here. Its so quiet and peaceful. The office people are so nice and understanding. Never had a problem with them! I highly recommend if you are looking for your first apartment!!

This is my first month here and cant complain about anything. I was looking for a furnished 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit and after comparing with what was available in the area I had to go with Wedgefield Apartments. The apartment complex is fairly new compared to others that I checked, and at a very affordable price for a furnished unit. There is a variety of good locations to eat and drink within minutes and a uncrowded Walmart Supercenter at only 7 min from here. The place is quiet, clean and their service has been excellent. Today I was able to test their maintenance service for something minor, and they came within an hour. So all in all, I am glad about my decision to move here.

I've lived here 3 years and the first year was really good. Over time, the office staff have slacked. You never know when the office is going to be open (you have to guess). Sometimes someone is there, sometimes they aren't so if you've got mail...good luck playing cat and mouse. My 1st floor apartment ended up having mold one year and it took forever for someone to take care of it and depending on who you talk to, they don't care. It's a decent place, but the quality of day-to-day management could definitely be better!
